What you will be working on

You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for the review, formulation & implementation of talent management policies and initiatives. Your key responsibilities would be as follows: - Manage the secondment and structured job rotation of officers for career growth - Administer the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP) to support talent development - Manage the nomination of talents for postgraduate and executive development studies - Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth - Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on specialist track, recommending improvements where needed

What we are looking for

- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience - Strong thinking, organisational and communication skills - Able to work effectively within tight deadlines - Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff - Able to work well independently and in a team Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
