What the role is

Temp Senior Assistant Executive (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign)

What you will be working on

[Responsibilities] Dev Ops • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (host agencies, officers etc) on external developmental opportunities for public officers, including 40hrs and PSFG • Provide administrative support in posting of developmental opportunities across platforms (FormSG, microsite, etc.) and work with communication teams on outreach activities • Compile, monitor and maintain status of developmental opportunities • Provide support in collating, updating, and cleaning of data for reporting on developmental opportunities • Assist in business development with functional leaders Upskilling • Consolidate cluster-level progress updates on Competency-Driven Growth for monthly meetings with leadership • Support the delivery of Career Development programmes, including content development, publicity and logistics • Provide support in clean-up of WOG Competency Bbank to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines • Assist in responding to and managing queries from internal and external stakeholders [Other Administrative Support] • Provide timely admin and logistic support for engagement activities (i.e., briefings, roadshows, etc) and secretariat support for meetings and other ad-hoc duties as required

[Competencies Required]: • [Thinking Clearly and Making Sound Judgement] Good in project management and executing processes within given timelines • [Working Effectively with Stakeholders] Confident communicator and able to address basic queries from host agencies and external partners • [Keep Learning and Putting Skills into Action] Experience in running virtual large-scale engagements would be advantageous • [Others] Basic to intermediate skills in the use of Excel to support data tracking and reporting • [Others] Clear and concise writing skills • [Personal Traits]: independent, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to learn and adapt quickly to changing situation.
