[What will you be working on]
You will process violation reports for offences administered by LTA and be involved in handling the operations of a system printer, for the bulk printing of offence notices and letters. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders on daily operations or court related matters. You will also be required to handle phone/email enquiries with members of public, related to the violations reported.

[What are we looking for]
• Knowledge in Service Skills/ Office Studies/ Business Studies
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel & Word
• Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems
