What you will be working on

As Manager, Corporate Services Management & Organisational Development, your core responsibilities are: 1. Corporate Services Management • Manage the department’s finance and budget matters, including budgeting for expenditures, monitoring and ensuring healthy budget utilisation. These involve conducting analysis of the financial state of the department, providing regular updates to management and identifying areas for interventions. • Manage procurement matters of the department, including developing checklist and guides to improve compliance and conducting of internal audit checks to ensure standards. • Ensure effective office administration, including assets, records and contracts management, and administer regular checks to identify gaps for improvement and ensure alignment with corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guides. 2. Organisational Development • Design and deliver organisational development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the department to be a high performing team. • Build a strong and positive department culture through design and execution of programmes and activities. • Monitor organisational performance metrics and recommend strategies to achieve goals and targets.

What we are looking for

Qualifications and Experience: • A tertiary qualification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate services management and/or organisational development. • Prior relevant experience in Finance Management and/or organisational development is preferred. Personal Attributes, Competencies and Skills: • Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset. • Highly adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently. • Good analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for details with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organisational and time-management skills and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Power BI and other digital tools will be an advantage.
