What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, secretarial duties, data entry, and procurement processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Conduct advanced data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes.
- Analyze data to improve contractor performance and efficiency.
- Provide support in law enforcement-related tasks, if applicable.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in contractor management and supervision
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and IT, with a focus on automation will be advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) will be advantageous
- Experience in law enforcement is a plus.
