
Assistant Manager/Manager (Burial Operations Section)

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible for the following:
- Overall in-charge for burial site operations at the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery
- Inspection and certification of burial operations, maintenance of burial heavy vehicles
- Inspect monuments/graves at the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery
- Carry out enforcement duties
- Contract management
- Lead a team to coordinate and plan for traffic, crowd control management during festive seasons
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the rollout of new systems involved after-death services application
- Attend to public feedback/enquiries
- Maintain office record/inventory
- Carry out data analysis and administrative duties
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Willing to work in after-death care service environment
- Tactful, approachable and patient
- Mature, independent and resourceful
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
