As an Associate/Executive Assistant in the Human Resource team within the Corporate Development Directorate, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team to implement strategies and programmes aimed at attracting, building, developing and retaining MOF’s talent workforce. You will provide support across various HR functions such as Talent Attraction and Retention, Compensation and Payroll, Performance Management, and Competency and Leadership Development.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining candidate records
• Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing induction materials
• Manage employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration
• Support the delivery of HR programmes across different functional areas
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR support role or equivalent
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Proactive in contributing to continuous improvement
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting team goals and fostering a positive working environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
