ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS SERVICE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

You will be part of a dynamic team to manage bus service contracts. You will work closely with the contracted bus operators, other LTA divisions and stakeholders to pro-actively manage the bus service contracts and other contracts. You will monitor, review and report the performance of the operators and their compliance with the contractual requirements, as well as process contractual documentation and payments. You will be part of the team to oversee the implementation of the bus services after the tenders are awarded.

You should also possess the curiosity to learn and be on constant lookout for opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.

• Knowledge in contract management
• Candidates with working experience in the bus industry or in contract
management will be an advantage
• Attention to details, adaptable, team player, able to work independently with
minimal supervision and multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
