What the role is

We are looking for individuals who are open to new ways of thinking and are passionate about creating a positive and enjoyable workplace experience in the ministry . 1. Oversee workplace experience functions that provide a wide range of internal support services for the ministry 2. Work with users through stakeholder engagements for workplace initiatives 3. Review and improve existing service delivery to enhance experience for both the team and users using digital tools or process elimination 4. Support and implement initiatives to promote a green/sustainable culture within the Ministry 5. Oversee fixed assets management processes 6. Oversee internal events and provide logistical support for ministry-level activities 7. Oversee and work with partners to manage the facilities management / renovations of the workplace 8. Drive and oversee the BCM review for the ministry

What we are looking for

You should preferably: • Have 4 to 6 years of working experience in workplace management and managing a team • Have prior experience in the management of projects, finance, and administrative work • Have a background in renovation management and stakeholder engagement (this would be an advantage) • Be a meticulous and independent worker who can carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision • Have excellent writing and presentation skills • Have the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders across various levels Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
