1. System Administration
- Manage and process user account requests with precision, ensuring compliance with established protocols to maintain operational excellence;
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of user account details and updates in the organization’s databases, ensuring data integrity;
- Serve as a key point of contact for user inquiries related to account management, delivering timely and professional resolutions to enhance user experience;
- Collaborate across teams to evaluate, optimize, and refine account request workflows for efficiency and user satisfaction;
2. Data/AI/Governance Culture
- Support the deployment and enforcement of data governance policies and processes, focusing on workflows related to data ingestion, quality, and lifecycle management;
- Extract, analyze, and present data insights to stakeholders through structured reports, enabling informed decision-making;
- Develop and execute data remediation plans to address discrepancies and ensure alignment with quality standards;
- Foster a culture of data and AI adoption by crafting engaging to share best practices, success stories, and updates, driving awareness and enthusiasm across the organization;
- Contribute to administrative and special projects, providing vital support to team initiatives.

What we are looking for
- Meticulous and able to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
- Possess good communication skills to explain complex issues in non-technical terms.
- Able to build cross-functional relationships to drive process adoption and improvement.
- Proficient in using office software for data entry, communication, and report generation.
- Good understanding of data entities and database relationships.
- Relevant work experience in data quality management, governance design, implementation, or business processes will be a plus.
- Fresh ITE/Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
