What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible for the following:
- Plan resource deployment such as manpower and equipment to key areas
- Vendor and contract management such as raising work orders, managing contract utilisation and upkeep of service and quality standards
- Extract, manage, process and analyse data collated
- Validation of alerts and data annotation to train and improve the surveillance system
- Monitor surveillance findings and identify trends
- Liaise with the operational teams and vendors for smooth execution of operations
- Manage administration arising from enforcement engagements
- Attend to related enquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Enjoy thinking strategically, planning and applying analytical reasoning
- Experience in investigation and enforcement work
- Keen interest in environmental public health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a good team player
- Resourceful and willing to work outside office hours
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge in the application of data/video analytics and/or machine learning will be advantageous
- Able to work on weekends or after office hours
