The HR Training & Learning (T&L) team, together with the Organisational Development & Culture (OD & C) team, aims to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, excellence and self-development in HTX. Reporting to Head (T&L), the job holder will be part of the team that drives and implements various learning and development initiatives to build and strengthen HTX officers’ core competencies.

• Manage and administer training management policies, guidelines and processes to ensure relevancy. • Design and deliver T&L programmes and projects, including HTX Induction Programme, training events and course delivery (which includes instructor-led, blended and e-learning) through working with both internal and/or external stakeholders and as well as procurement of training service providers. • Curate and develop learning resources to support the T&L programmes and projects which can include videos, infographics etc. • Oversee and maintain the T&L microsite to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and engaging.

• Tertiary qualifications. • At least 4 years’ relevant experience in learning & development, especially in designing and developing training programmes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Good communication and inter-personal skills. • Good content curation and writing skills, and programme/event management skills. • A team player who is independent, resilient and resourceful and always raring to take on a hands-on approach. • A highly motivated self-starter and comfortable with working with multiple partners. Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and comfortable in working with some level of ambiguity.
