As a Manager, Psychological Services in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will be part of team involved in contributing to the development of policies and programmes to strengthen the support for students with special educational needs (SEN).

• Develop, implement and monitor new initiatives to enhance the capacity of school management teams and teachers in supporting the teaching and learning of students with special educational needs (e.g. strategies to support the capacity building of school personnel, including how teacher could apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and e-pedagogy) • Partner internal stakeholders (e.g. MOE Psychologists) to engage and work with school management teams to improve the structures and processes to support students with SEN • Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. school personnel, other ministries, external agencies etc) in matters relating to special educational needs • Develop, plan, conduct and facilitate communication to schools and HQ personnel on implementation of intervention programmes

• Good interpersonal skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills • Ability to work in diverse teams • Strong organisational awareness; ability to work with internal and external stakeholders • Embrace change and able to navigate complexities • Preferably at least 2 - 3 years of experience in managing projects and working with various stakeholders • Experience related to SEN would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
