As a Manager, Data Management, you will be supporting the Character and Citizenship Education Branch (CCEB) in MOE’s Student Development Curriculum Division 1 by conducting robust coding and meaningful analysis of educational data.

• Gather and analyse data and feedback on the research evaluation projects (e.g. Mid-Term and Full-Term reviews) through various modalities such as conducting stakeholder engagement, surveys and focus group discussions/ interviews • Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with specified research protocols and coding procedures • Document key processes of research/ evaluation work, monitor progress and provide regular updates of projects This is an individual contributor role. We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.

• Trained in Data Science and possess working knowledge of Statistics, Measurement and Research • Prior experience in conducting research and data analytics in project work would be an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially MS Excel • Familiarity with analytical and statistical software and database management such as Tableau • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous and possess leadership qualities to lead and drive results • Ability to work well independently and in teams and within tight timelines In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
