As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Pupil Financial Services in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be part of a team at Financial Schemes, Systems & Services Branch supporting schools and parents on billing and collection of school fees.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor to ensure smooth monthly school fees billing operations • Perform system testings on changes to the billing system arising from policy changes • Provide advice and helpdesk support for schools and parents on matters related to billing and collection of school fees.

• At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Business-related fields • A self-driven team player with good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Ablility to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of advanced MS Excel functions would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
