What the role is

Adjunct STEM Instructor (Laboratory) facilitates the delivery of Science lessons and practical assessments by assisting in the smooth running of Science laboratories.

What you will be working on

You will prepare and set up apparatus, reagents and materials. You will also support teachers in projects and operational aspects of students’ learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

What we are looking for

• Commitment to a 1-year contract • Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in teams • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience and familiar with safety requirements in Science laboratories If you are shortlisted, you will be included on a central register for schools’ consideration till 21 Mar 2025. During this period, schools may reach out to you for further assessment such as interviews or work trials to determine your suitability for the job. If you are not approached by any school by 21 Mar 2025, you may consider your application as unsuccessful. For more information, you may visit our Careers webpage. In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window. In the event where we receive a high number of applications, applicants will receive an update on their status within 5 weeks of the close of the window.
