Are you passionate about sustainability? PUB is looking for a sustainability manager to lead our sustainability reporting initiatives and green financing efforts. The ideal candidate will drive our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

1. Develop and implement sustainability reporting strategies aligned with global standards (e.g. GRI, ISSB, GHG Protocol). Stay abreast of evolving ESG regulations and best practices in sustainability reporting. 2. Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data. Lead the preparation of annual sustainability reports and other ESG disclosures. 3. Collaborate with finance teams to develop PUB’s green financing framework. Identify and pursue green financing opportunities, such as green bonds 4. Develop PUB’s decarbonisation strategy. Identify and track signposts for mitigating measures/implementation timelines. 5. Collaborate with other agencies to develop water sector’s decarbonisation strategy and roadmap, to support Singapore’ commitment to net zero by 2050.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent. • Candidates with a passion for sustainability and ability to thrive under tight deadlines. • Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting or preparing annual report are preferred. • Knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks, and regulations will be an advantage. • Experience with sustainability data management. • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across departments/ agencies. • Organised and meticulous, with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for contract renewal subsequently.
