You will be a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team that will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and implement strategies that are aligned with the organisation’s hiring needs and business goals. You will review the recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and hiring the right candidates (including interns, temp staff and consultants), as well as identify suitable recruitment/interview techniques and assessments, including the use of competency-based recruitment approaches. You will also work with the HR Business Partners and Divisions on their manpower needs, and tap on platforms such as Careers@Gov, LinkedIn, executive search to reach out to suitable candidates for the Ministry.

What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in the area of talent attraction/ acquisition.
• Good planning and organisation skills, able to multi-task and deliver quality work within tight timelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team as well as across teams
• Able to work well with different stakeholders in the organisation
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel
