What the role is
What you will be working on
You are required to attend to public enquiries over the phone, at the counter and written correspondences on various vehicle schemes and types. You will be required to process transactions at the counter and/or backroom within stipulated deadlines. You are expected to review work processes and finetune digital services for Conversion, Registry and Searches Section to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
What we are looking for
• Knowledge in any discipline
• Candidates with relevant working experience may be considered for senior roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused
• Able to work with minimal supervision
