What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support Generative AI projects from conception to delivery.
• Manage project timelines ensuring successful delivery.
• Fine-tune GenAI models and applications using state-of-the-art frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), model fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Integrate AI models into software solutions (e.g. mobile and web platforms) and automation solutions (e.g. Power Automate and UIPath)
• Work closely with domain experts, software engineers, and industry partners to co-create innovative AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and junior staff.
• Communicate project progress, technical findings, and challenges to stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Applicants should possess the following:
• Qualifications in Computer Science, Computing or Information Systems or its related field.
• Strong understanding of LangChain, LLM fine-tuning, HuggingFace, OpeanAI, Chatbot and Agent development.
• Good understanding of Deep Learning frameworks, e.g. Keras, Tensorflow and PyTorch
• Knowledge of Convai, Power Apps (Power Automate), UIPath and GPU systems like Nvidia’s DGX will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in good spoken and written English.
• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
