What the role is
What you will be working on
Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties
Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies
Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licenses
Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform
Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers’ requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc
What we are looking for
Relevant discipline in Real Estate or related studies
Candidates without experience or with 1-2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
Able to work well both independently and in a team
Must be meticulous, analytical, motivated with a positive mind set
Has good level of initiative and resourcefulness
