Are you ready to be part of a transformative project to implement a revised Chart of Accounts (COA) in an enterprise system in a dynamic organization? As a Senior Manager in the COA Taskforce, you will play a pivotal role in implementing system changes, enhancing governance, and driving impactful changes across multiple domains in MHA. You will have an opportunity to: · Make a significant impact on MHA’s finance systems and processes. · Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams to drive critical decisions. · Develop and implement innovative solutions for system integration and optimisation.

What you will be working on

You will need to perform a wide variety of roles, engage a diverse group of stakeholders, integrate their requirements into the system, and ensure timely and smooth implementation of the new COA. i. Project Management a. Be part of the team driving the project by monitoring progress across multiple key areas, and ensuring that system enhancements are implemented effectively and on time. b. Design robust processes, integrating stakeholder feedback across domains, ensuring that the revised Chart of Accounts (COA) is seamlessly implemented in the enterprise system. c. Help create a clear and achievable project roadmap with well-defined timelines, objectives, and deliverables to guide the team toward successful completion. ii. Stakeholder engagement a. Engage stakeholders across multiple domains, and aligning them with the project’s vision and objectives, and obtaining buy-in for system and workflow changes. These changes will include enhancements in different domains like procurement, finance, and logistics. b. Leverage your understanding of integrated workflows to align processes with organizational goals, translating complex feedback into actionable system design improvements and ensuring smooth change management. c. Conduct workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to review and refine business processes. iii. System Implementation a. Perform review of the master data in the system to ensure all the data are reviewed and aligned with the revised COA structure and ensure accuracy in charging. b. Support the system implementation through activities like User Acceptance Testing, checking interface changes, ensuring that invoices, payments, fixed asset records, and journals are accurately processed, and data is correctly migrated. iv. Change Management and Training a. Develop effective communication and training materials tailored to the diverse needs of finance and non-finance users. b. Communicate key project milestones and actions required from stakeholders. c. Spearhead change management initiatives to address user concerns, and drive adoption of updated workflows and systems. v. Post-Implementation Stabilization and Reviews a. Analyse post-implementation data and perform corrective actions where necessary to ensure smooth operations.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following experience and qualifications: a) Experience • Past experience in system implementation and data migration will be an advantage • Prior experience in using SAP and/or managing a Business Process Review project will be an advantage. • Project management and engagement skills to implement project, obtain business requirements, and Business Process Review skills to redesign systems, workflow and processes will be an added advantage. b) Knowledge • High excel proficiency and accuracy to deal with voluminous data (>100,000 lines) in spreadsheets • Ability to review complex interface scripts and specifications • System knowledge -ability to understand and design system requirements to meet user needs. c) Attributes • A dedicated team member • Meticulous with an eye for detail • Strong with numbers and analytical • Self-confident • Strong communication skills and persuasion skills ie. to deconflict requirements from different HTDs or domains • Strong excel skills • Strong Business Process Review skills • High comfort level with applying technology in every day work If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!
