What you will be working on

You will be working on one or more of the following areas:

  • Organise and run marketing campaign(s) to promote the game and/or game activities to relevant target audiences + create relevant collaterals
  • Design a website (including its information architecture) and organise and run UI/UX testing to improve user experience. NOTE: knowledge of coding is advantageous, but not mandatory, as suitable usage of low/no-code applications is possible
  • Organise sessions to reach out to relevant stakeholders for playtesting and creative input for the game and game activity and to propose and implement changes based upon player feedback
  • Help to conceptualise and execute the above promotional events and user tests

Applicants will not necessarily be expected to work on all areas mentioned above; if selected, assignment of specific work areas will be done with reference to your background, skillsets, and interests.

You will also be expected to deliver a think piece on a future trend that impacts the libraries and archives to NLB’s senior management, as well as support organisational transformation efforts.

What we are looking for

  • Background in Business/Digital Media/Digital Marketing or Computer Science/Information Systems related discipline preferred

  • Proficiency in tools and/or frameworks relevant to the track/area of interest
