What the role is

You will work as part of a team that develops and manages land parcels and indoor space for the above-mentioned sectors

What you will be working on

•    Manage land tenders from preparation, launch, award and client management stages. This includes providing support and assistance during the client’s development phase.
•    Manage the pipeline of land supply for tender.
•    Manage relationships with clients to meet their contractual obligations.
•    Work closely with other agencies, e.g. MND, SLA, URA, MinLaw, etc to carry out the above-mentioned roles effectively.
 

What we are looking for

•    Areas of study in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other related fields. 
•    Have work experience in similar roles
•    Good listening and interpersonal skills are essential as the position involves interacting with a wide range of industry partners. 
•    Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage to engage stakeholders who may not be English speaking,  
•    Strong analytical, planning, organising and presentation skills.
