What the role is
What you will be working on
Intern will work with L&D Specialists and Researchers to develop Service Unwrapped Intervention, which may include designing polls, analyzing insights, curating research content, planning for events/brown bags/community of practice sessions as well as curating learning packages.
The intern will be working on Service Unwrapped which is a new concept that SOM is trying in FY25, where it enables the team to synthesize the needs of the community on a selected topic, design a research piece to showcase findings and develop an event to bring the community together for a cross-agency discussion and ideation. This will culminate into a comprehensive learning package comprising of key takeaways, reflection questions and other useful resources. As the team will be delivering 4 Service Unwrapped interventions in FY25, the intern is expected to work closely with the team to develop and deliver the interventions.
