The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

(1) Ensure effective and efficient metering operations: • Liaise with external parties (e.g. government agencies, contractor, and members of the public) to coordinate metering works such as meter replacements and installations, and ensuring service quality standards are met • Liaise with the Board’s billing agent to ensure the provision of services are in accordance with the contract. • Update relevant systems upon completion of work • Improve work processes through project participation. This may include contributing to the development/testing of systems and streamlining of work procedures. (2) Management of Metering contract and contractors: • Coordinate contractor’s daily works and ensure works are carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Administration/processing of contractor claims and payment (3) Attend to other ad-hoc duties, including standby duties for the Operations Centre. This involves being on call to respond to emergencies, assisting with urgent customer issues, and supporting the overall operations of the water supply network as needed.
