a) Gathers requirements for data analysis from business users, designs the layout, documents functional specifications, writes the technical specifications and works with application developers on the creation of reports or enhancements of existing reports
b) Surface gaps in policies or processes and areas of improvement to stakeholders, including providing the support (e.g. statistics) needed when necessary
c) Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
d) Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
e) Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
f) Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
g) Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

What you will be working on
Responsible for analysing and evaluating data and reports, providing findings to HTDs and HRD COEs. Part of the team building a robust and vibrant "tech-first" HR community
What we are looking for
a) Some knowledge of the HR matters and processes
b) Strong knowledge and confidence in the use of spreadsheets and other data-analytic tools, etc.
c) Strong critical and analytical skills to make judgements and recommendations from the analysis, and plan and implement them
d) Some knowledge in the field of behavioral science to support the recommendation
e) Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and establish rapport with internal teams and other stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives
f) Good conflict management skills
