Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and resources (eg. fixed assets management, onboard/ outboard of staff, loan/ maintenance/ leasing of office equipment, etc).
- Manage registry functions (e-Registry and physical Registry) and review of agency’s records (archived at the National Archives of Singapore) for declassifications.
- Plan and coordinate staff events and engagements, including team bonding, annual townhall.
- Provide secretariat support for the museum’s advisory board, including managing board meetings, board events, board renewals, etc.)
- Provide admin support to Division including overseeing indentations of office supplies, services and equipment.
- Supervisory role to Admin Officer on daily office operations (eg. mailroom, corporate card bookings, office supplies).
- Manage and coordinate adhoc projects related to office operations (eg. office restoration/ renovations).
Requirements
- Preferably minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in office administration;
- Good project and process management, administrative, coordination and time management skills;
- Meticulous, well-organised and ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Familiarity with public records management, public sector procurement guidelines and having finance background will be an advantage.
