Your role includes the following areas:
Planning and implementing holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies, initiatives, and campaigns for Catch and related products to attract, sustain, and retain diverse audience segments
Managing branding, creative campaigns, and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for the Council and its programmes, projects, and initiatives
Analysing audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth to support and advance the Council's work
Monitoring, reporting, and establishing best practices on audience metrics and performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with KPIs
Identifying and leveraging marketing opportunities through partnerships
Managing the marketing budget effectively
Maintaining strong relationships with internal (sector leads, statutory boards, ministry, etc.) and external stakeholders (creative and marketing agencies, media buying agencies, marketing partners, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing communications, digital & social media, or a related field
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital, and marketing communications, with experience in branding and arts marketing desirable
Proven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies
Strong organisational, project management, and management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Good networking capabilities
Knowledge of and passion for the arts and culture
