What you will be working on

- Develop positive and effective partnership with departments to co-create integrated people solutions to meet business’ objectives. - Provide HR guidance and collaborate with various stakeholders in the application and support for HR initiatives. - Analyze trends and metrics to deepen understanding of issues. - Manage systems, review processes, analyse and identify gaps in existing HR business process of workflows and implement solutions.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office relative tools e.g. MS Teams - Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives - Good communication and interpersonal skills

About Civil Service College

The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service. CSC brings together public officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them with opportunities for learning and skills upgrading.
