As the Head of Corporate Services, you will lead the team that underpins the operational effectiveness of NSCS by managing administrative functions, knowledge management, procurement, office infrastructure, and compliance with safety and security protocols. Your role is pivotal in fostering a conducive and productive work environment and ensuring the resilience of organisational operations.

• Lead the Corporate Services team to excel in administrative management, knowledge management, registry and procurement functions. • Ensure a secure, safe, and healthy workplace by overseeing and implementing security, health, and safety measures. • Maintain and enhance office facilities to provide a conducive work environment aimed at ensuring officer well-being and productivity. • Manage and execute office upgrades, renovations, and relocations, ensuring safety, budget discipline, and minimal disruption to NSCS operations. • Direct the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning to safeguard organisational interests. • Champion workplace sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental practices.

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity. • Minimum of 5 years in corporate services or related functions. • Preferably with experience in E-Registry transition, administration, facilities maintenance, procurement, and contract management. • Independent, self-motivated, and results driven. • Proficient in stakeholder management. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in project management. • Ability to multitask, organise effectively, and adhere to timelines. • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
