What the role is
What you will be working on
• You will work on administration, knowledge management, registry digitalisation, procurement, and office maintenance. Your tasks will include:
• Supervising office maintenance and improvements, including repairs, contract management, and pantry re-stocking, to provide a conducive work environment aimed at ensuring officer well-being and productivity.
• Contributing to the planning and execution of office upgrades, renovations, or relocations, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely completion.
• Contributing to the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning.
• Supporting digitalisation of registry and records.
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate services functions
• Knowledge in office registry management, office maintenance, and procurement functions and processes
• Driven and self-motivated; able to work independently and efficiently.
• Team player, willing to learn.
• Proficient at working with multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and environments.
