Part of a team that works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the services and operations of the MHA HR Services Centre (HRSC) meet expected service standards and are continuously improved through process redesigns, technology, and training for delightful employee experience.

1. Provide regular performance reports and insights on HRSC's operations to support data-driven decision-making. 2. Provide analysis and recommendations to enhance HRSC's operational performance and services based on analysis of performance metrics and feedback, and work with HRSC functional teams to implement the solutions. 3. Develop and implement business excellence initiatives within the HRSC. These include process improvements, standardisation and optimisation to provide clarity and redesign roles and workflows for new/grey/weak workflows, both within HRSC and between HRSC and stakeholders to achieve synergy for MHA HR Transformation.

• Some experience in HR operations or participation/implementation of work improvement inititatives would be useful • Strong facilitation and communication skills to pitch ideas and gain stakeholder buy-in on proposed solutions. • Strong stakeholder, project management and problem-solving skills. • Good writing and presentation skills. • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. • Good analytical and critical thinking skills to understand and articulate business issues and needs. • Independent, systematic and comfortable with data.
