The Lead Engineer/Engineer (Network Operations Centre Lead) is part of the HTSC Office in support of the various projects and initiatives related to the implementation of the HTSC. In particular, he/she is responsible for the delivery of Network Operations Centre (NOC) to meet the objectives and benefits envisioned for HTSC.

The job holder will be required to work closely with the Capability Sustainment domain groups to ensure HTSC is on track with the implementation schedule. He/she will work closely with the various stakeholders and subject matter experts (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Science and AI etc) to develop solutioning plans which will bring the individual projects and initiatives together.

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science/IT discipline, preferably with good Honours. • Preferably have at least 3 years of working experience dealing with Command, Control, Communication (C3) or ICT infrastructure systems such as TCP/IP networking, IPv4, IPv6, cloud infrastructure, network function and server virtualisation. • Good working knowledge in LAN/WAN network and communications infrastructure design, cloud infrastructure and virtualisation technologies. • Good working knowledge of wireless communications technologies such as 4G/5G, Wifi, IoT, etc. • Strong planning and project management skills, with facilitation skills, problem-solving skills and organising capabilities. • Possess the following attributes: - A positive attitude - Able to work independently - Good planning skills - Experience in engaging different stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
