The appointee will be part of SP’s Entrepreneurship Programme entitled SPiNOFF. He/she will be involved to lead, collaborate, develop and support engagement strategies and events to connect student startups through SP’s Entrepreneurship Programme with industry and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead, contribute, collaborate, develop and support engagement strategies to connect SPINOFF and industry.
• Provide guidance and hands-on support to student startups.
• Plan, execute and oversees events to engage and grow students and partners in SPINOFF eco-system and IE
• Manage the operations of SPINOFF eco-system
• Contribute and support strategies to build up alumni and SPINOFF eco-system
• Foster a collaborative environment to strengthen partnership and value-exchange to support entrepreneurship eco-system.
• Leading event management operations, event vendors and coordinate the execution of events from pre to post-event.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for event content and obtain approval based on timeline.

Requirements:-

• 4-8 years work experience
• Background in Business / Entrepreneurship
• Experience in events management preferred
• Has relevant experience and knowledge in development and growing startups

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
