As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Facilities Management Digitalisation in the School Campus (Digital and Plans) Office, you will be part of a dynamic team that oversees IT systems which manage facilities management (FM) and development contracts, and formulates plans and policies to improve school FM.

• Formulate and implement plans to digitalise school FM, including reviewing requirements of the existing IT systems • Drive and plan user engagement for FM digitalisation initiatives/ projects • Develop digital capabilities within the department by designing training resources and conducting training workshops • Work closely with system users to understand and address their data analytics needs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision makers • Review and recommend FM policies, structures and processes, and secure resources (e.g. funding) to improve FM outcomes and operations

• Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in building industry and /or management of FM and construction contracts • Candidates with knowledge of information technology or information systems would be preferred • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions • Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication and project management skills • A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
