You will be working on NLB30 and International Partnership projects as an Intern under the Partnership Division.

What you will be working on

NLB will be celebrating its thirtieth anniversary in 2025. Be a part of this exciting NLB30 milestone and contribute to the organisation of the NLB30 Keynotes featuring diverse thought leaders and the NLB-wide Plaza Celebration in the dynamic Partnership Division.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile dossiers on high-profile global thought leaders and institutions from the spheres of libraries and archives, literature, and diplomacy. Document findings and provide updates on research progress.
  • Content Creation and Publicity: Support event publicity by developing marketing materials, including creative design. Pen post-event newsletter articles that capture key event highlights.
  • Event Support (Audience Management): Enhance the overall participant experience by overseeing registration, managing guest lists, and liaising closely with staff to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. Post-event, collect and analyse attendee feedback to improve future events.

What we are looking for

  • Creative self-starter who's a good team player.
  • Interest in international relations, event management, and the library and archives sector.
  • Good communication and writing skills, with an interest in the future of libraries and archives.
  • Organised and detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Canva preferred.
