US State-level Engagement, Americas Division

The intern will assist in gathering and analysing information on US states to support strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting research on economic data, key industries, stakeholders and political climates. • Research state-level statistics, compile and analyse information on industries, opportunities and challenges within each state • Monitor trends and policies within each state that may impact engagement strategies • Research key stakeholders (e.g. policymakers, thought leaders) within each state to understand their preoccupation and priorities • Prepare reports and presentations highlighting findings, opportunities, and suggested actions • Assist in organising data, preparing documentation, and supporting engagement efforts.

Interest in international affairs and economics • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to details • Comfortable with numbers and statistics • Excellent writing and communication skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
