What the role is
What you will be working on
• Assist to conduct KM Process Review sessions with MTI Divisions to review and track division’s compliance to MTI KM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Create KM collateral in the form of electronic direct mails (EDM) and videos to promote KM practices
• Create creative documentary to showcase MTI’s essential project/values
• Perform analysis on MTI hardcopy file listing and brainstorm for digitisation strategy and plan
What we are looking for
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and have graphic design/short clips production experience
• Able to create dashboards via reporting tool/excel formulas
