What you will be working on
- Review contracting approaches, pricing mechanisms and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) prior to renewal
- Conduct review of the services provided by the contractors and seek user inputs in the performance of the contractors
- Monitor and verify all KPIs to ensure timely payment to the contractors
- Perform assessment for all the contracts under your purview on an annual basis

- Balancing stakeholders' interests and principles of procurement
- Balancing desired training outcomes and cost by establishing reasonable KPIs to ensure balanced outcome for both contractors and the authority

- Prior experience in contracts management/handling of government tenders is preferred
- Good communication and writing skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Independent
- Willing to learn
