You are responsible for the contract management of training-related contracts.

- Review contracting approaches, pricing mechanisms and KPIs prior to renewal - Conduct engagements with users and contractors to resolve and improve processes as required - Manage, mitigate and resolve ground issues between contractors and users and ensure continuity in services Challenge(s) - Balancing stakeholders' interests and principles of procurement - Balancing desired training outcomes and cost

- Prior experience in contracts management/handling of government tenders is preferred - Good communication and writing skills - Team player - Self-motivated - Independent - Willing to learn (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
