What the role is
What you will be working on
- Work closely with multiple branches in the department and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide full administrative support for capability development
- Oversee the management and allocation of resources across manpower, finance and logistics, including the archiving and accounting of outgoing and incoming documents
Challenge(s)
- Supervising, training, and motivating a team effectively
- Prioritising and multi-tasking to manage workload without compromising quality, security and efficiency despite lean manpower
- Acquiring and applying knowledge of policies, directives and processes across various functional areas
What we are looking for
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Willingness to explore possible ways to manage workload
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Literacy in Microsoft Apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and be conversant with policies, and online systems/portals
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to talk to different stakeholders and people to understand, influence and resolve issues
