You support the Executive Director to lead the ADMM Cybersecurity and Information Centre of Excellence (ACICE) team to enhance cooperation, research and information-sharing among ASEAN defence establishments against threats in cyber and information domains.

- Enhance cooperation, research, and information-sharing among ASEAN defence establishments - Lead long-term research programmes on digital issues - Oversee partnership with the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) Challenge(s) - Building networks among regional defence establishments and players in the cyber and information space - Tapping on wide network to shape and steer activities enhancing ACICE's standing

- Education in Social Sciences or Cyber Security related fields (Political Science, Information Technology, Cyber Information Technology, English, etc.) - At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in diplomacy, cyber or information - Experience in supervisory and leadership positions - Problem-solving skills - Ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders - Capacity to build a wide network within MINDEF/SAF and other government agencies - Strong command of both spoken and written English - Proficiency in a vernacular language is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
