Join a team of dynamic professionals to support full-time and part-time courses in School of Business Management.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Business / Info-Comm Technologies related courses to both full-time and part-time learners. Additionally, you will provide support for academic related operations and be involved in digitalisation of academic processes.

What you will be working on

  • Responsible for module development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for both full-time and part-time courses

  • Mentor and guide learners in their holistic development

  • Leverage on digital tools to enhance academic operational processes and provide insights to facilitate effective decision making

  • Lead/participate in projects to drive academic quality improvement and system enhancements

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address academic operational challenges and concerns

  • Contributes to school-wide events and activities

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned that support school's vision

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Business or IT related discipline

  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software

  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and SQL or other database query languages

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload to meet deadlines and work with uncertainty
