Geomatics Manager (Development & Innovation)
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of a team responsible to raise and drive awareness, proficiency and competency of geomatics and geospatial skills for Singapore. Your primary role will contribute towards (a) developing a strategy and roadmap for geomatics and geospatial capability building, (b) conceptualising and implementing targeted industry and agency engagements, projects and training programmes, and (c) manage administrative and performance tracking matters.
What we are looking for
Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Remote Sensing, Geospatial, GIS or any equivalent qualifications conferred by a recognised university.
At least 3 years of working experience in geomatics, geospatial or related job experiences will be preferred.
Prior experience in strategy planning, product development and project management will be preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audience and vice versa.
Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders such as internal and external users, vendors etc.
