What the role is

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is looking for an experienced and proactive team member to join CDEP (Corporate Development and Emergency Preparedness Division).

As part of the CDEP team, you will be a key member of the Workplace Development & Sustainability Section of the CDEP Division. You will be involved in creating a safe, conducive and sustainable workplace, overseeing corporate development and governance for CAAS, while enhancing the employee experience by leveraging upon technology and administrative best practices.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in the following corporate development and governance areas for CDEP Division and CAAS:

• Leading ESG development, implementation, and monitoring of CAAS ESG strategy/projects/data with relevant CAAS Divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations; and to develop and promulgate the annual Sustainability Report for CAAS.
• Planning and implementation of Corporate Sustainability Framework, CAAS Resource Management Plan for CAAS, including formulating guidelines aligned with GreenGovSG requirements.
• Formulating relevant Public Sector/ Governance framework & guidelines for CAAS staff on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and programmes pertaining to Corporate environmental sustainability for CAAS.
• Strategizing, developing and implementation of accreditation plan for CAAS Workplace (e.g. Green Mark) including conducting audit/evidence gathering on workplace and sustainability report requirements.
• Championing stakeholder and staff engagement efforts for new corporate development initiatives/projects to allow better workplace experiences and best practise corporate services etc in, creating an inclusive environment that foster growth, engagement and well-being for CAAS staff.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in planning and executing communications plans, stakeholder engagement, gathering users’ feedback for change management in organisation-wide projects.
• Prior experience in ESG reporting and promulgation of the organisation sustainability report.
• Strong staff writing skills
• Good understanding of GreenGov requirements.
• Experience in leveraging on technology and sustainability as part of process re-engineering and managing change programmes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and critical situations
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to multi-task and willing to learn and work under operational and stressful situations
• Open-minded with a positive attitude

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
