We are looking for a temporary assistant to support the Special Projects Travelling and Exhibitions department (SPTE) MOE Travelling Exhibitions project.
The incumbent is expected to be an on-site manpower to check on exhibits and as a secondary point of contact (POC) onsite for schools.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Description of duties :
• Assist the Project Officer during the site recce, set-up and tear down of exhibition at various schools/venues.
• Ensure that the exhibits are in good working conditions before, during and after the visits from students.
• Basic explanation to teachers/student on the various exhibits if required.
• Coordinate with various schools to arrange for students to visit the exhibition.
• Gather feedback/ survey responses from students and teachers.
• All other ad-hoc tasks assigned, including assisting POs for onsite events.
NOTE: There will be travelling around Singapore involved.
What we are looking for
Prefer GCE ‘A’ Levels / Diploma or Undergraduate.
Working hours will be normal hours from Monday to Friday.
