What the role is:
You will be leading a team within the Strategy Group of the People’s Association that is responsible for conducting research and analysis to inform planning, strategy and programme development.

What you will be working on:
The work undertaken by the team that is led by you encompasses the following:
- Plan and implement scanning efforts for emerging demographic and social trends to support risk mitigation, inform engagement direction, strategies and programmes.
- Oversee and implement national level surveys to monitor key indicators of organisation’s performance and areas of organisation’s interest
- Develop research studies/deep dive into specific topics of interests to inform engagement models.
- Help to broaden and deepen PA’s research capabilities.

What we are looking for:
- Traits of being curious, wanting to learn new things and is open to new experiences.
- Interested in research and want to do new research projects.
- Has the quantitative and qualitative skillsets to guide the team to perform the relevant analyses.
- Effective leader and team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Had working experience in research/data environment, and at least 3 years in leading a team and managing projects.
- A tertiary qualification in related fields.
- Competency in SPSS, NVivo, R and/or Tableau may be taken into account.
