Your Meaningful and Impactful Role (Key Responsibilities):

 

·       Provide policy advice on operationalising Singapore’s legislation and other regulatory tools pertaining to victim relief against online harms, so to facilitate their effective and efficient implementation of our levers.

 

·       Evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of ongoing policy operationalisation to ensure that policy intent is being given effect to.

 

·       Use ground data to conduct evidence-based ops policy making, deliver actionable insights, enhance operational effectiveness.

 

·       Represent the Centre in engagements with stakeholders across government, industry and relevant stakeholders in relation to victim relief against online harmful material.

 

Requirements

·       Background in Humanities, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Legal Studies.

·       Strong interest in online safety, and good knowledge of how online platforms and services operate, including social media services and app stores.

·       At least 4 years of experience in Public Policy, Online Content Regulation, Online Trust and Safety, Horizon Scanning, Strategic Futures work would be advantageous.

·       Strong analytical, inter-personal and writing skills.
