What the role is

The Attorney-General’s Chambers is looking for a driven and articulate candidate with keen interest in personnel management to join the organization. You will be responsible in providing integrated HR services and solutions to line divisions which include workforce/ manpower solutions, advice on personnel policies as well as formulation and implementation of internal HR policies and frameworks.

What you will be working on

Some of the key responsibilities are: • Operationalise and implement WOG- and agency-level HR policies and frameworks. • Manage end-to-end processes of various HR functions such as recruitment and inflows, exit management, contract management, conduct and discipline, performance management etc. • Design, review and implement process improvements to internal HR processes and initiatives to ensure that they remain effective and efficient in AGC’s context. • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of personnel records and HR data in systems and internal databases. • Maintain and optimise HR databases, develop HR analytics tools and generate data-driven reports to facilitate management’s and divisions’ decision-making process. • Perform data analysis to evaluate effectiveness/ utilisation of existing HR’s frameworks or processes, and to develop insights to drive the review and/ or enhancements where required. • Assist with the compilation and submission of survey and reports at WOG and public agency levels. • Partner with other stakeholders – both internal and external including Senior Management, vendors and representatives from other agencies, to deliver the appropriate level of HR services and support to officers. • Provide accurate and timely advice and support on HR policies and matters.

What we are looking for

Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in human resource. • Prior working experiences in the public sector, in related work such as HR operations, data analytics, manpower planning would be advantageous. • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of HR analytics tools, e.g. Tableau, would be advantageous. • Meticulous with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Keen and open to learn and explore new areas of work or work processes. • Self-driven and initiated to meet established work objectives. • Able to work well within teams.
